Species:Contractor- Contractors are humans who make payments to use their powers, they sign a contract with the stars as my sister did. My sis Bai disappeared during a war and i gained her powers i have no clue how but i no longer make payments for my power usage and i can also change thing on a quantum level (when i have the shard of the meteor that brought these powers to the contractors)
Abilitys: upon touch of an object that an conduct electrical blast through said objects, i can also shut down or reboot anything electrical. I also have great speed due to the electricity in my body. Soul drain is when, through electrical blasts and absorptions, i take another persons mind (in whatever quantity i choose) and use or dispose of it as i please but this is only done through touch and isn't always the stablest of processes.

Short Description of character: somewhat tall, pale, hair down to shoulders, (down to mid back at certian times, can eat an entire buffet by himself.
Appearance:Hei wears a bullet proof trench coat which is tattered at the end and is olive green on the inside, underneath that he wears strong full body light armor and steel toed boots. as far as weapons go he has two holsteres on his belt for his two pronged daggers and he also has a device that has many steal carbonite mixed wires with triangular climbing hook the wires themselves are weapons too Hei always wears the mask in my avy (even if that mask in the pic has the lighting bolt is wrong). Li wears a tokyo school uniform and a green hoodie over it.
Personality: Hei: cold conculating logical Li: happy go lucky not quite so smart
History:Hei/Li joined the Syndicate and signed a contract with the stars to gain his powers. Hei and his little sister Bai were at heavens gate along with some friends and it disappeared letting hei keep his powers without having to follow his contract but the price he paid was his sister disappearing.
Sample Rp Post:-Hei smirked wildly as he hooked his dagger to the end of a wire and swung it with precise movement sending it flying at his opponites arm with great speed if the blade puntuered the opponents arm the opponent would recive a large shock that would paralize him.- (opponent gets hit by blade and is shocked) -he walks towards his stunned opponent an places a hand on his head- your kind makes me sick! -he sent a large electrical blast into the head of his opponent as a blue glow surrounds him, then he used the electricity to absorb the electrisity in his brain learning some of what he knew and killing his body-
