Alone with Myself

Maeve retreats to Sunset Hill. She always came here to think. Or... to not think. Now was one of those "To not think" times. She sits at the bottom of the tree, closing her eyes. A soft breeze blows and the peace of this place seeps into her. She pulls out her flute and begins to play a soft melody, one befitting the calm nature of this place. The wind seems to respond to the melody, becoming softer. The air itself seems to become lighter.

But Rena had no intention of letting her alone. She landed not far away. Her aura burned. She had felt the take over deep within herself. Your master has taken over the Dragonspire. She tilted her mighty head slightly so she could watch the girl out of one of her eyes. She wanted to go to Dragonspire and see just how much damage was done, but she had her duty to carry out still.

Maeve looked at her. She was a Kin. A Lady Priestess no less. She truly had not reason to fear her. He took over Dragonspire? Likely only because the Dragons gave up. She wondered how many Dragons had been killed. And then.. she wonder what toll it must have taken on him. She stood and looked at the Dragon. "You.. Can take me there? I must see if he is okay." She asks, hoping whatever other reason she had come could be put off for now.

She nods and lowers her head so the girl could climb on. We can go to him. He is your Lord. Were my Lady in the same position, I would wish to do the same. She closed her eyes, tracing out the path to the Dragonspire.

She climbs onto the mighty Dragons neck and clung to her. Her feet had never left the ground. She was very nervous. She looks around, wondering what it would feel like. She couldn't quite explain the feeling of sitting on a dragon's neck. She could feel the muscles tensing and relaxing as Rena moved, and the air movement was.. exhilarating.

Rena spreads her wings and takes off,lifting into the air. She turned her head back to make sure the girl was still secure. She then took off, each flap of her wings making her move faster. Though she was large, she was just as quick and agile as a baby Dragon, even if it took her a moment to get up to that speed.
