| Remember to read the NPC rules before Posting. NPC Information Name: azin Nickname: lil death Gender: male Age: 19 Role Play Information Species: noctre werewolf Abilitys: Race Group&&Rank: volturi elite captain 4 Personality : In fights, Azin gives tips to Niza. Azin has an evil, crazy nature that scares people away most of the time. If provoked enough he will tell Niza to fight to the end. Even if Niza is outnumbered he will still fight. If Azin disarms his opponent he will still kill them. Azin will show no mercy in battle. If anyone gets in his way of his objective, he will destroy them. He won't obey any laws if they contradict with what he's doing. But Niza keeps him in check by making sure he doesn't do anything to bad. Azin and Niza always choose their allies carefully. They both guard their secrets closely. If someone finds out something they shouldn't know, they will kill them instantly. They will surprise z enemies in the middle of the battle by turning into ruthless killing machines. When someone makes fun of them, they will fight with them then and there. They often wait for their enemies in the shadows to catch them by surprise. Appearance: Azin is a young man of 19 with White hair that reaches down to the nap of his neck. He has long bangs that almost cover his eyes from time to time and hair the sweeps down in front of his ears covering parts of them occasionally too. This gives his face a rough or rugged look. Fortunately, it keeps him warm. Azin also has brown eyes though not completely. They are sort of mixed in with a tan color in the iris area. His eyes are large in size and kind of ovular, but give off more a squarish feeling. Luckily, they're bright and spirited looking giving him an air of confidence. Above his eyes are a nice set of thin brown eyebrows. It helps make his face a little bit more exciting and invigorating for all who stare at him. Next, he's got a nice sharp chin with an rounded face. The rest of his body is thin and lithe. He wears a dark red shirt, a gray, loose fitting jacket over top of this, and black pants. He wears his butt bag loosely behind the seat of his pants. He also wears red black and white shoes. Finally, as a type of bragging right he always has his curse mark showing Equipment/Weapons: curved katana: that has the ability to heal major wound at the will of the user - Spoiler:

Special: ---Drawback: ---Description: Lesson 9: Soft Tissue Injuries, Lesson 10: Injuries to Muscles, Bones and Joints, Lesson 11: Sudden Illness, Lesson 12: Heat and Cold - Related Emergencies. With Lessons 9-12 the user is able to help with Soft Tissue Injuries, help and take care of Injuries to the Muscles, joints and the Bones such as putting splints, stop the bleeding, and treat shock. User is able to help against degree burns and knows what to do if a situation arises when it comes to these kinds of situations of First Aid. All Medical and ANBU personnel must know all Lessons. Limit: Anyone is capable of Learning, Must buy First Aid/CPR/AED: Lesson 9 – 12 Book. • Gantai no Jutsu (Bandage Technique)+10 Rank: D Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates a bandage out of surrounding materials. Special: --Drawback: Requires concentration in order to make larger bandages. Requires some sort of material. Description: The user focuses chakra into a nearby material, such as sand, grass, or even water, forming it into an adhesive, sterile strip that’s reminiscent of a bandage. Once formed and applied, the makeshift bandage will remain without chakra input. Limit: Must be a medic. • Shosen no Jutsu (Healing Hands Technique)+10 Rank: D, C, B, A, S Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The user heals injuries that repairs physical damage. Special: ---Drawback: certain injuries may be impossible to cure or may take a long time to cure. The amount of chakra used is proportional to the injury required to be healed. Description: The user gathers chakra into their hands, creating a bright green glow around them. The user then forces the healing chakra into the body of the patient, healing physical damage. This technique requires three movements to heal a minor injury and six movements to heal a major injury, minus one for every rank in this technique above D the user possesses, to a minimum of one. Starting at B rank, the user is able to heal critical injuries with this technique. Healing a critical injury requires sixteen movements, minus one movement for every rank above B the user possesses. Remove one movement from this process for every difficulty rank above D the user possesses. Limit: Must be a medic, must know Gantai no Jutsu. • Sansokyoukyuu (Oxygen Supply)+10
Rank: D Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Widens the respiratory passages to allow a higher oxygen flow. Special: --Drawback: User must maintain for at two movements in order to make sure the passages remain fully open. Description: The user focuses chakra out into their hands, creating a faint, green-white glow around the user’s hands. The chakra flows into the respiratory system, widening the passages and stimulating the flow of oxygen. After two movements, the flow is restored normally, clearing most obstructions via chakra. Limit: Must be a medic. • Kanetsu no Gyou (Heat Seeker)+10 Rank: D Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Raises the body temperature. Special: --Drawback: Overuse can cause a fever in the body. Description: The user focuses chakra into their hands yet again, creating a faintly red glow around them. The user then places his hands to the chest of the body in question, heating it and raising body temperature. This technique will prevent such ailments as hypothermia. However, using this technique continuously for four movements in a cured or healthy body will cause a fever to break out. Limit: Must be a medic. • Suji Rirakkusu (Muscle Relaxer)+10 Rank: D Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Relaxes the muscles. Special: ---Drawback: If overused, can erase muscle memory. Description: The user focuses chakra into their hands and causing a light blue glow to emit from their hands. The user then places their hands over the afflicted area, relaxing the muscles over a course of two movements. If used for four movements or longer, the user’s muscles will soften and their muscle memory will fade. Limit: Must be a medic. • Seimei no Jutsu (Clean and Pure Technique)+10 Rank: D Rank Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Cleans out a wound so that it can be bandaged and fixed properly. Special: ---Drawback: The technique is difficult to use on large wounds, requiring greater chakra precision to ensure a properly cleaned wound. Is not effective against poisons unless the technique is administered immediately on the area where the poison was entered, and only works on poisons which are placed upon items, and not poisons that are inhaled. Only removes Poisons D Rank or lower. Description: As everyone within the medical profession is aware, in order to stimulate proper healing without fear of infection, a wound, before healing, should be properly cleaned. In order to save patients from experiencing a greater amount of pain, a medical genius invented this technique. By channeling chakra through the hands, a clear white light envelops them. Then, channeling this white chakra into the wound, the user removes impurities within the wound, such as dirt and grime. It also works to actively remove bacteria in the area of the wound. Once completed, the wound is clean and ready to heal. This technique, as a side effect, helps reduce the visibility of scarring as a result of injury. One movement for every six inches is required. Limit: Medical Ninjutsu • Ketsuki Gyouku (Blood Coagulation)+10 Rank: D, C, B Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Stops blood flow from injuries through clotting. Special: ---Drawback: Large wounds can take a long time to stop the blood flow from. Description: The user focuses chakra around their hands, creating a faint white glow around their hands. The user then places their hands on the wound, focusing chakra into the blood and coagulating it. Minor wounds take three movements to clot, whilst major ones require six movements, and critical injuries, such as a severed limb, requires nine movements to clot. For every rank above D you possess of this technique, remove one movement from the coagulation, to a minimum of one. For every difficulty rank above D you possess, remove one movement from the process. Limit: Must be a medic.
Chakra Enjitou (Chakra Scalpel)+30 Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The user creates a two inch long scalpel of chakra extending from the tips of their fingers. Special: ---Drawback: If the user is struck with a C rank or higher technique their concentration will falter and the scalpel will dissolve. Description: The user gathers a powerful aura of chakra around their fingers, creating a faint blade shape extending from their fingertips and glowing blue. This scalpel is two inches long and, if the user chooses, can be extended beneath the skin, to cut without breaking the skin. This scalpel is as hard as steel and can cut through muscles, arteries, and bones. Limit: Must be a medic, must know Shosen no Jutsu.

Description: Required for learning Tsuyo-sa branch techniques: This is a magic in which the user focuses precise arura control into their hands or feet and releases it with pinpoint timing, which greatly enhances their strength. The training for this technique is quite arduous, and requires the ability to concentrate in any given situation and minute Aura control. Despite this, the outcome of this training is incredible, giving the shinobi enough strength to easily make gigantic craters or kill opponents with single strikes if the opponent has not encountered this type of attack before and instead of dodging tries to block or counter the attack based on this Magic head on. This technique grants the user A-rank strength

Description: This hand to hand technique is based on Tsuyo Style: Arura Enhanced Strength and is a single punch or kick that has enough destructive power to shatter a brick wall,hence the name. This technique can break through defensive techniques 1-rank above the users strength but deals damage equal to the users strength.
Name: Tsuyo Style: Powerful Saber Classification: Magic Rank: C-rank Class: Offensive Range: Short
Description: Through mastery in Tsuyo Style: Arura Enhanced Strength the shinobi can channel their Arura through their bladed weapon of choice. This extends the reach and the cutting edge of the blade, and also allows the user to fire crescents of energy whenever the blade is swung the process of which is done by minute Arura control.
Name: Tsuyo style: Cherry Blossom Impact Classification: Taijutsu Rank: C-rank Class: Offensive Range: Short
Description: An immense amount of Arura is kneaded inside the Useri's body, and a moment later all of it it is gathered into the fist. That Arura is then released into the target, which does a great amount of damage. With the damage done dependent on the amount of Arura used, it is also possible for a skilled user to amass it in their fingertip. When the ground is hit it is pulverized into minute pieces by the excess shock, which are then scattered like flower petals, giving rise to the name Cherry Blossom Impact. This technique deals damage equal to 1 rank above the users strength
Name: Tsuyo Style: Saber Transformation Classification: Magic Rank: C-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Short
Description: Through mastery in Tsuyo Style: Powerful Saber the user can also change their bladed weapon of choice's Arura blades into giant buzz-saws, broad swords, spiked shafts, and axes. This ability allows the user rely on smaller swords while retaining greater reach, damage, and surprise as needed. This technique actually changes to shape of the blade itself causing it to still deal physical damage to opponents.
Name: Tsuyo Style: Heaven's Needle Barrage Classification: Magic Rank: B-rank Class: Offensive Range: Mid
Description: The Useri moves forward and delivers a quick slashing attack with their bladed weapon of choice, pushing the opponent away from him/her. He/She then leaps high into the air above the opponent and stabs himself/herself with her weapon the blood from the technique turning into sharp needles and raining downward in a fast-moving barrage. This technique lands a fairly large number of hits upon the opponent and also inflicts severe damage.

Description: Through mastery in Tsuyo Style: Powerful Saber and Chakra Enhanced Strength the shinobi stabs two kunai into their palms and channels Arura through their body into the kunai turning their hands,by and extension of Arura iinto two lightweight albeit giant and destructive hammers. Since the user still has their previous agility and speed it is a very dangerous technique and if the opponent is hit by a single strike it would be an instant death. The technique also allows the user to block attacks made by the enemy as well as break through barriers and the like equal to 2 ranks above their strength.
Name: Tsuyo Style: Seal Destroyer Classification: Magic Rank: A-rank Class: Offensive Range: Short
Description: The user concentrates all of the arua in their body into one point and then when placed on a seal releases all of the Arua destroying it completely no matter what type of seal it is. Although this technique can not be used to free the seals on the special beast it can be used to weaken them granting the host more access to the beast Arua reserves thus making it a valued technique.
Name: Tsuyo Style: Yang Symbol Classification: magic Rank: SSS-rank Class: Passive Range: Self Description: Yang Symbol: is a powerful sealing technique developed by the Tsuyo Branch. Over a period of time, the useri will focus and build up arura in the seal mark on his/her forehead. The release command will disperse the seal and allow the stored arura to pump back into his/her body healing the user of wounds as the arura disperses and stimulates the proteins of her body to increase the speed of cell division and reconstruction of cells for as long as he/she has enough arua. This allows his/her to recreate all organs and tissues thereby granting them immortality until they run out of arura. The technique itself does not regenerate the old cells, rather it hastens the creation of new ones through division.However, a body's cells can only split a certain number of times in a lifetime, and by speeding up this process, the user is shortening her natural lifespan and if great care is not taken to monitor the amount of arura he/she has left they will reach a limit (empty) then the technique ends by itself and they instantly die however this can be circumvented by the use of Soldier Pills to replenish the users arura supply. It is the most powerful Tsuyo Technique
