The New Volterra Medical Complex is an entirely new, state of the art cluster of large buildings about halfway between the Volturi HQ and the City Gates. It covers an area of over 10 Acres. There are an unknown number of buildings, totaling thousands of rooms filling virtually every purpose imaginable. In total, there are five rings for five different medical sections, numbered from outermost to innermost. All porfits seem to go to the rouge group Volturi
Ring 1 Emergency Response
The equivalent to a traditional hospital's Emergency Room, the first Ring is one large, circular emergency room and waiting area. In particular, there are eight individual waiting areas where one is to check in if needed, and where people await their treatment if needed. In between each of these eight areas, medical shinobi are waiting either for a patient to enter R1, or else to be deployed to an area in or around the city where their abilities are needed.
Ring 2 Greenhouse Complex and Harvesting
The second Ring is an area devoted to the cultivation and harvesting of the varied herbal and other plantforms that assist in the medical goings on of this Medical Complex. Though it has a roof, it is made of Plexiglass, and allows in great amounts of natural light. When the sun has set, a small number of dimmed bulbs help allow people to see their way around on cloudy or otherwise moonless nights while not disrupting the natural cycles of the plants. The whole of R2 is kept at a balmy temerature Nd high humidity, making it a pleasent place even in Winter. As a precaution, there are a number of closed corridors that connect R1 and R3 through R2.
Ring 3 Zen Garden
The center Ring is a large garden known as The Zen Garden, though some also call it The Tea Garden. Neither of these names are entirely truthful, as the large garden involves several different types of design, all focused around the idea of calming. In particular, the flowers chosen each produce calming scents. This Ring has a retractable roof, it's kept in its retracted state during fair weather, and is used to protect the guarden in case of less than pleasent weather.
Ring 4 Operations and Treatment
A specialized ring devoted to the specialised treatments needed for a wide varity of conditions. This Ring is equipped for virtually any possible needed treatment, from a simple appendectomy to a triple bypass, and beyond. This includes 'non-traditional' medical proceedures such as accupuncture. Currently, the only equipment it is lacking are the bio-tanks needed for Advanced Kaguya Treatments.
Ring 5 Patient Suites
The smallest of the rings, and the most densly populated, R5 is the location where all overnight and more permanent patients stay. All Of the beds are top of the line, and can be made softer or firmer at the occupant's will. There are a number of medical supplies kept in locations around the Ring.
The Core Administration
The center area, and taller than any of the rings, the Core holds all the offices of the high-ranked physicians, particularly the heads of department. There are no offices on the first few floors, nor is there roof on the centermost area. Instead, the center of the core is dominated by a massive tree whose limbs extend over Rings 4 and 5, even extending over a small portion of R3.

All Rouges, important dignataries, and the dependants thereof, As well as all non-rouges under the age of 21 or over the age of 65 and coming from a low income household are provided free healthcare for nessicary procedures, done with the minimal Anastetic. All others must pay 1500 per post, the number of posts required depending upon the number and severity of medical issues.
