The Beginning

As the mighty phoenix swoops down low over the river the rising sun plays tricks on the mind. The creature seemed to be more a mirage, a figment of the imagination, blending near perfectly with the sun's rays. She landed not far from the banks, turning around slowly, her keen eyes surveying the land, looking for the cause of what had alerted her, the force that had disturbed the peace of her forest. If she did not find the source here, she would continue to search.

A bear comes up next to her, listening for any sounds and it seems he blends into the area easily. He looks for any sign of movement near them, just in case.

Ralin stay several yards back observing the scene. He kept his book handy for any sign of trouble and he studied the Phoenix and the bear for any characteristics that would set them apart from others.

The phoenix turned it's bright gaze on Ralin. Though it did not speak out loud, it's gaze seemed to speak volumes. It then switched it's gaze to Miuki and then resumed surveying the land of the Ton River. She was Grand Priestess of the Air Kin, and Leader of the Kineara. While Ralin was directly under her charge, Miuki was not. But it was her duty to the current GP of the Warm Kin to protect Miuki, and so she would. No harm would come to either of them unless she herself died first.

Miuki turned his gaze to ralin, growling as he saw him, his nature showing they hadnt met yet.

Ralin nodded to the Phoenix knowing what she meant, and he ignored the bear. He knew that he would save the Grand Priestess as was his duty. The bear he was unsure of and he kept his guard up mentally. He looked at the GP, What do we do now?

She turned her gaze back to Ralin and her voice seemed to come from the air around her, though her mouth did not move. "We search. If these malignant humans are near, we find them and rid the Kineara lands of them."

Miuki turns himself to face the direction behind them, his action saying that he sensed something.

Yes, Grand Priestes, he said, picking up a long barren stick to use as a walking stick. Ralin turned, his black robe blowing in the wind, to face the direction the bear was facing, wondering what he was feeling. He put his large skinny hands over his grey eyes trying to see something in the distance. The glaring sun made it hard for Ralin to see anything farther that a few meters.

The boy appeared from thin air, Materialising in front of them. Why hello there. How would you all be today? The boy seemed to know the reason for them coming. But he didn't care much, he was heading this way and he will continue this way. The girl Fell from the sky, Jumping of her dragon before it just....disappeared. She stood next to the boy. Acting in the most authority. Obviously anxious for this fight. Its been awhile since she's fought. Shall we begin introductions? I am Colado Toketsu, and this would be ...... I am Lezi, And i am quite bored of killing animals.

In the glare of the sunlight the phoenix moves swiftly, positioning herself between her comrades and the new foes, spreading her mighty wings to block them from view. "You two are trespassing on Kineara lands. I will only ask you once to leave." her voice seemed to resonate in the air around her as her golden gaze swept over the two, taking in as much about them as she could within that split second.

Miuki changed into his normal form, drawing his bow back fully, staring the boy in the eyes. "And I'm going to have to TELL you to leave, because I'm more then ready to put an arrow through you and your...freind." Miuki's voice was filled with anger, and it's obvious he's ready for a fight.

The boy looked confused, turning to the girl. uhhh, I am lost for words. The girl simply began to Laugh, As if it was all just a game. They.....Kill......hahahaha. The Boy just allowed the kill to remain in her histerics as he attempted to open up a conversation. I'm sorry but we cannot leave. We are escaped prison..... People on a mission. Colado continued as if his stuff up never happened. I don't want to fight, but we aren't able to be seen, so...I'm sorry. His necklace suddenly Erupted, Surrounding his body, becoming a Black, Steel Armour.

Lexi had finally stopped. "so it begins". A scythe began to materialise from thin air. As well as two Wolves, appearing on either side of her. A large phenix appeared flying overhead and Disease ridded Rats began crawling up from the ground. You want a battle of the beasts, oh, i shall give you one. She began to laugh again. She was completely mad, but with a history like hers, you would be insane not to be.

Lana's gaze did not move, but her entire body seemed to light on fire. "Miuki, I will ask you to rid us of the wolves and the rats, and I shall focus on the girl and the poenix. Also, warn me should the boy make any sudden movements." Lana did not wish to converse with these people. She did not think they were at all good. She sensed their foul intentions before they had ever even revealed themselves.

"Yes Priestess." Miuki let an arrow fly at the first of the wolves, his hand seeming to not move as he pulled another arrow out and nocked it, looking to the boy. "I'm going to tell you once, you try and hurt the Priestess, and ill end your life with my sword."

Ralin focused his energy before he stepped forward and turned around to face Miuki and the Grand Priestess. Brothers and sisters, he started his voice taking on a powerful air, I am sure we come to a compromise. Grand Priestess, lets offer them a chance to leave and we will pretend we didn't see them. Ralin smiled as he turned around very quickly casting his magic. The air distorted in front of the boy and the girl for a moment before exploding in a brilliant multi-colored light meant to blind anyone and anything that is close enough. He panted a little with the effort and he some some spots from the light.

A giant rock wall appeared from nothing, Covering the two from the explosion. Which had created it was unsure. It was even better because the Explosion had made the arrow go off track, Having no effect what so ever. The boy seemed to be content with that, i agree with him. You don't see us, we don't bother you. He turned around and began to walk away. To Hell with that, Hey guess what, yesterday we killed three of your species. Today we are killing three more. A wicked smile appeared on her face. The boy just face palmed. But didn't say a word against her. Once she wanted blood, She will get her blood, and Colado had to help otherwise it was a dramatic beating from the sensei. Sorry, guess i have no choice then.

The fire on the phoenix seemed to grow hotter and brighter, blinding those who looked at it until it faded and Lana stood in her human form. She raised her hands to the air and began to speak. "Shordan, Goddess of Peace, Mordin, God of Anger, I ask that you grant me your power in protecting your people. I as your priestess will do what must be done!" as her short pray ends two blades materialize in her hands. She grips them and then places herself into a defensive stance, the chains dangling from her crown tinkling from the action as her hair swirled around her, her golden gaze locked on her enemies.

She then spoke to her allies. "Do not be careless. These enemies are strong. They will use our weakness against us. Save your energy until you see an opening. Never attack powerful enemies head on, for they will use your own strength against you. Use basic attacks until you find and opening and then attack it." She wouldn't be surprised if her knowledge astonished her allies, as many would not think the Grand Priestess knew about fighting, let alone strategy.

"Yes, priestess," Miuki put his bow away, drawing his sword, his thumb resting on the first rune. "I count tou and Ralin as my freinds, so i will die for you."

Ralin took a step back and leaned on his walking stick. He nodded to the priestess and studied the rock wall that appeared in-front of his opponents. He would have to figure out a way to bypass their magic.

The Rock wall began to crumble, Disappearing into Gravel. The two stood on the other side, Unharmed. A large dragon Materialised behind them. It Jumped up and Raced overhead, Lighting the area of the three on fire. The Blue flames spread around them like a wall,Before Charging in all at once. The flames were Extremely hot. Exposure for then then about 2 seconds will mean death. Lexi laughed once again.

Lana glared at the girl through the flames. She was a creature born in fire, and so she would die in fire. How foolish was this girl, to use a fire attack against a phoenix. Lana extended one hand into the flames and they start to calm, eventually dissipating. She then raised her swords and charged Lexi, her every movement fluid and silent. She feinted an attack to the right and then spun left, attempting to slice down the girl's side.

Miuki rushed foreward, his hand shifting his grip on his sword so his thumb rested on the conquer rune, his eyes taking on a gold outline as he seemed to move in a blur to attack the boy.

Ralin stood his ground as he studied the movements of each person and how they moved. He waited to see how this was going to turn out and looked for potential openings. Ralin gathered his energy, preparing the magic he knew.

The two didn't move, As the dragons tail came down to Receive the blow from Lana, Lexi laughed once again. As this boy came to attack Colado the armor he was wearing without even thinking Shot outwards, Creating a Sphere around him, Made of the same strength and Materials of the Sword he was holding. Colado just sat in his ball, he was safe, Lexi could hold her own right?

The dragon disappeared, as a giant Lion the size of a house was formed right next to lana, Its giant clawed paw heading for her. Brick walls were summoned, Blocking her escape from the attack. Lexi laughed again ad she jumped into the sky, a large Bird appearing under her as she began to fly around the Arena.

The Sphere containing Colado suddenly shot up into the air as well, The Ground under it Pushing it, As if somehow it was being manipulated. He went as high as Lexi when the Ground Crackled and disappeared, His sphere transforming back into his armour. A flat one meter wide piece of Rock remained at his feet, Floating in the air.
