Descent 1:1-3 In time immemorial before the formation of the universe was the creation of Anima The Life Bringer and with his coming brought upon the possibility of life, but with the possibility of life comes the possibility of death. In the instance Anima was formed so was Octus The Cause of death. Balance children is the center point to the Grand Scheme, even the Gods are bound by it. After some time had past Anima and Octus grew bored with their desolation. So Anima created the universe and all the things it would need. From the universe sprung other Gods who where lead by Anima and Octus all those who refused them were banished from this plane by Octus. Under their leadership the Gods prospered but as the eons passed they grew bored yet again. Octus suggested to Anima that he should create a beings lower then the gods so they may amuse themselves by watching how they would live out their lives. So Anima created a species called Semideus. Anima created these beings to be near exact replicas of the gods themselves but considerably less powerful and intelligent. At first the gods were happy with the Semideus watching them grow develop and worship them. However somewhere along the line the Semideus had lost their favor and the gods cursed them taking away their immortality and awesome powers. leaving them as beast men. We are these beast men half beast half divine. My children if we strive to uphold the teachings of Anima and Octus without question without doubt perhaps we will regain the love of the gods. Until that day we shall follow the teachings of
this scripture diligently.

Chapter 4 The Profane
In all my exploits and adventures I have never taken such a exciting undertaking.
Today I journey to a place few humans or any other species has gone before. I am to study the Profane on behalf of their leader Drakon this is unprecedented never before has a none Profane been invited into their lands. Apparently Drakon is displeased with all the rumors regarding his people and upon hearing about my book has asked me to help set the story straight, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Drakon for his generosity. Upon my arrival in their lands I was escorted by a group of their warriors via carriage. These dragon like men are a fearsome sight to behold with an average height of ten feet and weighing on average 300 pounds. I was shocked to see how kind and giving they were. They are not the vicious brutes you hear rather they are honorable, stoic, and far more civilized then most of us. Along my journey my every need was taken care of I had never been more content in my life. When I asked my personal bodyguard if I was being treated so nice because I was to write about their culture he assured me that had nothing to do with it. One of the teachings in their sacred text is to always treat your guest with the utmost respect and to give them as much leisure as you can afford. Apparently everything they are from their character to their jobs even their speech patterns are all governed by the teachings of the "Sacred Texts". Their society is based upon a martial and religious makeup they have to leaders who share power over their race. When we reached the palace I was blown away never before have I seen such beautiful views their architecture is truly genius. When I met the leader of their military Drakon the one had requested my visit a most peculiar thing happened. He bowed to me in their culture even a lord must honor their guest treating them as if they were superior. I asked him what he thought was the most interesting about them. He answered with a smile and asked me to accompany him to a secluded part of the palace high in the mountain. What I saw next was amazing their warriors incredible fighting with such ferociousness and speed it was overwhelming. And then I noticed something only a few of them had wings when I inquired about it he answered with only one who was fully mature and completely in tuned with their teachings could "transcend"
and gain wings.
