Volturi rouge species

Volturi

The Volturi are one of the oldest operating rouge organization in volterra. In there home in volterra the volturi take it upon themselves to make sure all rogues around the realm abide by there set of rules. The volturi are the equvilant of royalty to rogues there home is in volterra they run the city and they consist of the best rouges in the realm acting as the unofficial royalty of rouges around the realm the volturi have implented and are enforcing a number of rules and conducts that all rouges are expected to obey or be sentanced to death if the do not comply with the laws

Laws

• Incapable of self control and therefore a threat of exposure.

• No robbing within volterra

• All theifs will pay the volturi Elite 100 Gold a week

• No attacking on races without volturi consent and last rebellion against volturi is banned of course breaking any laws means a sentance of death.

Volturi Elite 13

The Volturi Elite 13 is the primary milatary branch of the Volturi and Volterra. The Volturi Elite 13 is made up of thirteen componets: they are split into 13 division hence the name with several divisions having certain specilzations

The Volturi Elite is led by the Volturi Commander who has the power to conduct all affairs concerning the Volturi.

As with any army the Volturi Elite has ranks there are 20 ranks for officers but none for none officers the lower the number is the higher the rank the ranks and desctription are gonna be below from lowest to highest in terms of strength the Volturi Elite is a organization with a merit based hierarchy.

Captain council

The captains congregate in the first hall of the main division headquarters to discuss specifec matters that effect there certain division and matters that affect volterra altogether. This council is very formal Volturi Commander as the leader. All captains are considered equal and determine the course of there induvial division unless dictated otherwise by the Volturi Commander. Votes are carred out to unamious descion

A captain is a leader of one of the 13 divisions
A lieutenant is the second in command of a division

Each division is made up of as many rouges that the captain recruits with them and if anyone wishes to be captain the only way is a death match or if a spot is open just take it.....simple enough

also any rouge can join the Volturi

Division

Division 1

No special duties have been assigined for the 1st division. The first division is ranked among the highest in the 13 division even low memebers are considered to be very powerful rouges. Emergancy must be dealt with; quick decisions and quick actions are essential the division is able to ascertain a situation and mobilize quickly even before a order is issued. That is the true value of the first division.


Division 2

Members are assinged with assasinating, policies detention and message couriers.

Division 3

Members are simple foot soldiers of the volturi

Division 4

The 4 division is the medical and supply division. Peforms all healing and manual labor of the Volturi

Division 5

Memebers of division 5 are the most skilled usually referred to as the city guard anyone that enters the volterra will have to deal with them it is the security force

Skipped to 11 cause all others were not special divisions

Division 11

the direct combat unit made for war and battle all memeber of this division specialize in Advanced weapon combat


Division 12

Anyone in this division must be smart most having a great science ablity or weapon crafting of a great degree it basicly is research and devolpment
